Calgary Mothers' Milk Bank

Calgary Mothers’ Milk Bank is a community based, not-for-profit organization that provides screened and pasteurized donor human milk to babies in need when mother’s own milk is not available.

Jannette Festival, Executive Director of Calgary Mothers’ Milk Bank, is pleased to announce Lindsay Stewart (profile) has joined Calgary Mothers’ Milk Bank as the Donor Coordinator.

We are looking for 3 volunteers to help pasteurize 1 to 2 mornings per week for the months of April and May. Pasteurization generally takes 3 hours. You will ‘scrub’ in, wear a mask and gown and help prepare milk for pasteurization. There are great benefits to this position. You have the opportunity to work with some great folks and you are helping babies in need.
